Yelm
Family Medicine, PLLC first
opened in 1979 as Nisqually Clinic and moved to its present facility
in 1985. We have expanded two times as our patient loads increased.

to provide the highest quality medical care possible to our community.
We are committed to our patient's welfare, to quality medicine,
to health and wellness, and to remaining a financially viable
